Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

At Flow Management consultancies, Dubai, UAE (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for purchases made through our platform. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final, and monies once paid are not refundable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  1. Exceptions

We understand that certain exceptional cases may arise. Refunds or credits may be considered only under the following conditions:

If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error, a refund may be issued upon verification.

If the product or service was not delivered as promised due to an error on our part, we may offer an alternative resolution.

If a charge was made due to unauthorized access or fraudulent activity, we may process a refund after proper investigation and verification.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Since payments are non-refundable, cancellations will not result in a refund. However, depending on the nature of the service, you may be able to modify or reschedule your purchase where applicable.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at info@flowincubator.com within 7 days of the transaction. Any disputes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  1. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to take necessary legal action.

With over 25 years of experience spanning aviation, logistics, business process outsourcing and executive search, Neesa has established herself as a seasoned leader known for her strategic vision and operational excellence. The start of her career in aviation, growing into the role of Duty Manager at East West Airlines, where she honed her skills in managing complex on ground operations. Her career trajectory took a significant leap when she joined Intelenet Global Services as a Team Manager. Her expertise in leadership and management led her to the executive search industry, where she joined Third Sector Partners. Starting as an Associate Vice President, she quickly rose through the ranks to become Senior Vice President. During her tenure she was instrumental in managing workforce costs, leading end-to-end search processes, and overseeing internal quality and data management teams. Her leadership was pivotal in filling senior leadership positions across various organizations and institutions. Her career is a testament to her ability to navigate and excel in diverse industries, consistently delivering exceptional results and building long-term client relationships.

Vibha Bhatnagar

Vibha is a Financial Architect and a visionary entrepreneur based in Dubai, with a track record of converting radical concepts into profitable businesses. Financial modelling, corporate and project structuring experience across multiple sectors, including media, entertainment, automation, construction, energy storage and sustainable eco-tourism. Founded and developed a patented fully automated robotic car parking technology, with projects under execution in the Middle East. Financially structured over $2 Billion in construction businesses. Over the years he has acquired. Skills in Public Policy, Public Private Partnership, Technology Strategy, Venture development, Project Financial and Operational Structuring He has had a very wide exposure to various Sectors of Power, Tourism, Roads , Rail Seaport and other public transport and Physical Infrastructure, Social infrastructure (Health & Education) At leadership positions as Director and CEO of Gujarat Tourism Opportunities Ltd , Gujarat Industrial Infrastructure Projects  both JVs of Government of Gujarat and IL&FS 4 yrs, Partner and CEO of Alpha Investment Capital 5 yrs, President IIT Kharagpur Alumni Chapter Dubai 2 yrs, and recently appointed Trustee POEM Foundation Key Companies Served: Steel Authority of India, Siemens Limited, PwC, IL&FS, co-founded Alpha Investment Capital Key Functional Areas: Power Generation Automation, Business Development, Project Engineering, Product Development, Project Development and Implementation, Fund Raising and M&A Languages: English, Hindi, German, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati Social Impact: Trustee PoEM Foundation, Executive Counsil Member of IIT Kharagpur foundation, President IIT Kgp Alumni UAE Chapter.

Dr. Sandeep Inamdar

Dr. Sandeep Inamdar has 37 yrs of active experience in teaching, academic administration as principal / director. He has worked in academic and management council of GGS Indraprastha university, Delhi, and on senate of Pune University. Lead 5 European Commission projects under Erasmus programs leading to 70+ Ph.D. opportunities for Indian teachers,1200 internship opportunities to students in 14+ universities in USA, Europe. He has organized more than 50 global conferences/workshops etc. worked on industry interface actions like reliance manpower development, campus connect of Zensar and more. He has intensely studied the project-based learning methods abroad since 2006 and offered key leadership in developing scientific PBL methods suitable for India integrating technology, design and business modelling in learning experience of students. He is currently founder trustee and vice president of Vishwaniketan, director of Vishwaniketan Incubation Centre on expressway near Navi Mumbai. He is working as director of Ctif global capsule, the global research center and member of Advisory committee of NABET. He has been contributing in POEM to the flow program which has been changing the mindset of students and teachers to ensure the professional education institutions in India to transform from conventional academics to innovative practices of teaching learning.
