He has worked in academic and management council of GGS Indraprastha university, Delhi, and on senate of Pune University. Lead 5 European Commission projects under Erasmus programs leading to 70+ Ph.D. opportunities for Indian teachers,1200 internship opportunities to students in 14+ universities in USA, Europe. He has organized more than 50 global conferences/workshops etc. worked on industry interface actions like reliance manpower development, campus connect of Zensar and more. He has intensely studied the project-based learning methods abroad since 2006 and offered key leadership in developing scientific PBL methods suitable for India integrating technology, design and business modelling in learning experience of students. He is currently founder trustee and vice president of Vishwaniketan, director of Vishwaniketan Incubation Centre on expressway near Navi Mumbai. He is working as director of Ctif global capsule, the global research center and member of Advisory committee of NABET.
